Casa Dental is seeking an experienced Orthodontist, or a Dentist with a strong Special Interest in fixed orthodontics, to join our growing group on a sessional basis.
This is a rare opportunity to step into an established, ready-made patient pipeline. We currently refer orthodontic cases out every month, and we want to bring that treatment in-house. From day one you'll have a steady flow of cases waiting, we anticipate 3–4 new starts per session, beginning with one day per month and scaling as demand grows. There's a clear pathway to add a second day at our Nottingham practice (Compton Acres Dental Practice acquired this month) as we begin marketing there too.

The role
- Provide high-quality orthodontic treatment, with a focus on fixed appliances
- Assess, diagnose and create personalised treatment plans for patients referred from within the group
- Deliver outstanding patient care with clear communication throughout each case
- Work alongside an experienced, supportive clinical and TCO team
- Maintain high clinical standards and full GDC compliance
What we're looking for
- GDC-registered Orthodontist, or GDP with demonstrable fixed-brace experience
- Proven track record of fixed orthodontic treatment (essential)
- Confident, patient-focused communicator who builds trust quickly
- Collaborative, professional and comfortable in a multidisciplinary setting
- Portfolio required
