We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our friendly and professional catering team.
What You Do

Supervise the day-to-day catering operation, ensuring excellent food service and customer satisfaction.

Lead, motivate and support the catering team to deliver high standards at all times.

Work closely with the General Catering Manager and Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of daily services and events.

Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, allergen management and cleanliness.

Deliver a warm, welcoming hospitality experience for pupils, staff, visitors and guests.

Support the planning and delivery of school functions, conferences and hospitality events.

Promote teamwork, provide on-the-job training and encourage continuous improvement across the catering team.
What You Bring
-
Has previous experience in hospitality, catering or events.

Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Can lead, motivate and support a team during busy service periods.

Has excellent communication and organisational skills.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities.

Has a good understanding of food hygiene, allergen awareness and health & safety.

Is flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends in support of school events.

Experience within an education or independent school environment and a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate would be advantageous but are not essential.
