Cakehead was founded in 2004 to produce great quality cakes for the fast moving coffee shop sector.
We currently deliver to the major coffee chains in the UK and across Europe bringing JOY to all who eat the cakes!!
Due to the success of the business, we are expanding and opening a production facility in Oakham to supply our fantastic cakes to the Farm Shop and Deli sector in the UK under the Cakehead brand.
We are therefore looking to build a Team who are passionate about quality to help us produce our great cakes for our Customers to enjoy.

· Work within quality targets ensuring packing and picking safety and quality.
· Support each member of the team you are assigned to.
· Adhere to company policies relating to Health and Safety when reporting accidents or near miss incidents and have a general awareness for H&S in the workplace.
· Build and maintain good relations with colleagues across the company and display appropriate behaviour to any visitors on site.
· Comply with company policies and procedures and participate in any training offered throughout employment.
· To maintain high standards of personal hygiene and housekeeping at all times
· To support colleagues in reaching the BRC Audit standards
· Ensure all paperwork and traceability records are accurately recorded
Competitive salary dependent on position and experience
