Job Description EARLYYEARS TEACHER.
Term Time only
Salary- £20-£26k depending on experience
Hours-30 hours- 8.30-3.30pm
An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Earlyyears Qualified teacher or someone with vast experience with a L3 qualification or Early childhood degree or QTS, EYTS.
You will lead practice in our preschool room which caters for 3-5 year olds. You will have full authority to implement outstanding learning opportunities and experiences and lead an expectational team.
We aim to offer our little people spontaneity and choices whilst accessing the world around them and require passionate practitioners who love the Early Years and are looking to progress across our company. You will have
- Excellent child development knowledge of 2-5s
- A sound understanding of the EYFS and the forth coming changes
- Excellent safe guarding knowledge
- Be a good communicator and listener
- Have good written skills to complete and support others with children's profiles and learning journals
- Be a team play but have he ability to lead a team
- Experience with3-5s
- Have good attendance rates and a professional attitude
