About i2i
Every year, talented footballers in the United States face a choice: stay in the college system, or take a chance on something more. i2i International Soccer Academy gives them a third option - come to the UK, earn a university degree, and develop as a footballer in a serious, professional environment.
We work with leading UK university partners and run ID Clinics, Taster Trips, and Summer Programmes across the US to find the right student-athletes and bring them into our programme. It works. And now we're scaling.
We're growing, we're ambitious, and we're looking for someone who can help us recruit more of the right people.
The Role
This is a full-cycle sales and recruitment role with real earning potential. You'll be building relationships with student-athletes, their parents, and their coaches - working a pipeline from first contact through to signed enrolment.
The conversations are consultative. Families are making a significant decision about their child's future, and your job is to guide them through it with confidence and honesty. If you're good at this kind of relationship-driven, long-cycle sales, the commission structure will reflect it - there's no cap on what you can earn.
You'll also attend UK and international ID camps, taster trips, and showcase events. If the idea of combining a performance-driven sales role with a genuine connection to football and international travel appeals to you, this is a fairly rare opportunity to do all three.
What you'll be doing
Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial enquiry through to enrolment
Building relationships with student-athletes, parents, coaches, and international partners
Generating and following up leads via phone, email, CRM, and social platforms
Conducting calls and virtual meetings with prospective students and families across different time zones
Assessing candidates for programme suitability
Keeping pipelines and CRM records accurate and up to date
Attending ID camps, showcase events, and recruitment activities in the UK and internationally
Supporting recruitment campaigns and marketing activity
What we're looking for
At least 2 years in recruitment, sales, admissions, or business development
A proven track record of hitting targets in a performance-driven environment
Someone who is genuinely comfortable on the phone and in front of people - this is a relationship-first role
Self-motivated and organised; able to manage your own pipeline and time without needing to be chased
A real interest in football - you don't need to have played at a high level, but you need to understand the world we're recruiting into
Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Flexibility to work some evenings and occasional weekends to support international recruitment activity
What's on offer
Uncapped commission - OTE £35,000 - £50,000+, with no ceiling for strong performers
£25,000 - £30,000 base salary (DOE)
