Supervisor – Trafford Centre
Based in The Orient of the Trafford Centre, at Matcha Made we serve signature Matcha blends along with hot and cold beverages and sweet treats. We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead our team and play a part in our ongoing growth.

Duties and responsibilities of a Supervisor:
- Lead shifts as the senior team member, handling staff or guest queries calmly and efficiently
- Complete daily opening and closing procedures
- Coach, train and support new Baristas
- Energise and motivate your team
- Maintain high standards across service and guest experience
- Manage tills and card machines, completing end of day reports
- Ensure all health & safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures are followed correctly
Requirements of a Supervisor:
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, positive and confident leading others
- Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure
- Experience as a Supervisor in a similar setting
A DBS check will be required for this position which will be requested at offer stage.
