About the Role
Due to new contracts, we are expanding our quality-focused team and are looking for an experienced, reliable tradesperson to join us.
We specialise in high-value bathroom projects across the Cambridge area. Our work demands high standards, attention to detail, and strong collaboration with other trades. If you take pride in doing things properly, understand how your work impacts the wider project, and enjoy delivering excellent results, we’d love to hear from you.
About You
You are an **above-industry-standard** tradesperson who is:
- Hard-working, punctual, and self-motivated
- Driven by quality and correctness
- Experienced in making good decisions around workmanship, quality, and timing
- Positive, dependable, and enjoyable to work with
- A true all-rounder who enjoys being busy
Key experience required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in building/construction
- Strong carpentry skills
- Brickwork repair experience
- Proven ability to work effectively alongside other trades
