- Support and collaborate with Regional Surveyors in their roles across geographical areas.
- Working closely with the Head of Strategic Asset Management, implement the Investment Programme on time and within budget.
- Working with the Head of Health and Safety and Compliance, undertaking Fire Risk Assessment and Asbestos Re-Inspections ensure resulting actions are completed.
- Working with the Head of Repairs, manage the delivery of repairs that evolve into major works.
- Support the coordination of Planned and void Works programmes, aligned with long-term asset strategy.
- Assist in procurement and tendering processes for repairs and planned works, ensuring compliance with financial and procurement regulations.
