The Role
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
This is an ideal opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients in a fast-paced, made-to-order kitchen and wants to be part of a supportive, professional team.
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for:
- Running and maintaining your section during service
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
- Supporting menu development and daily specials
- Assisting with stock control and food ordering
- Ensuring excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver a smooth service
- Training and supporting junior team members when required
What We Offer
- Flexible contracts available: 40 or 45 hours per week

- Starting pay from £14.00 per hour, depending on experience

Excellent Earning Potential
Our tip system is shared equally amongst the team based on hours worked and is one of the strongest benefits of working at Craobh-Kroov.
In addition to your hourly wage, full-time chefs typically earn an extra £6,500–£8,000 per year in tips, significantly increasing overall annual earnings.
Expected Annual Earnings
40-hour contract
- Basic salary: approximately £29,120 per year
- Plus tips: £35,620–£37,120 per year
45-hour contract
- Basic salary: approximately £32,760 per year
- Plus tips: £39,260–£40,760 per year
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, made-to-order kitchen
- Experience in a Chef de Partie or strong Commis/Senior Commis role
- Passion for cooking and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations
- Must be aged 18 or over
