Control Room Operator - Operations Control Centre

The OCC (Operations Control Centre) is the central hub that provides twenty-four hours a day, proactive monitoring, and alarm activation response.
Reports to:
Shift Supervisor and/or Control Room Operations Manager
Responsibilities: (Duties to include but not limited to)
Monitoring, Activations & Administration
o Residential and commercial
o Oversee alarm activations, alarm resets
o Provide basic technical support
o Site attendance – Keyholding
o Reporting and logging of incidents/occurrences
o Fault reporting
o Provide support on installations and walk tests
o Liaise with engineers, clients, partner agencies and internal departments
o Data input and formulating reports
o Ensure logs and customer databases are up to date
o Understanding and compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) & The Data Protection Act 2018
Qualifications & Experience:
SIA CCTV – (required)
Driving Licence (required)
SIA Door Supervisor – Frontline (preferable)
A year’s Control Room experience (preferable)
Schedule:
06:00-18:00. Monday-Sunday average 48 hours per week (minimum)
or
18:00-06:00. Monday-Sunday average 48 hours per week (minimum)
Benefits & Pay:
Holiday: 20 days 1st year, then 1 extra day per year, up to 25 days
