Overview
We are seeking motivated Self Employed Cleaners and Subcontractors to provide professional cleaning services on a flexible basis. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, manage your own schedule, and deliver high-quality cleaning solutions to a diverse range of clients. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and reliable transportation.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties according to client specifications
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Manage your own schedule and appointments efficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and responsibly
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests professionally
- Ensure all work is completed within agreed timeframes and quality standards
Experience
- Prior experience in cleaning or related service industries is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
- Valid driving licence and reliable vehicle are preferred for transportation between locations
- Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a professional attitude
- Organised and self-motivated with the ability to work independently without supervision
