This is a great opportunity to join our established team at the Wymondham office, working full-time, 37.5 hours per week with some Saturdays on a rota basis during busy times.
Working in our heating oil sales department you will be the first point of contact for our customers. This is a customer focussed sales position.
Key responsibilities:
- Taking orders over the telephone
- Providing quotes
- Following up on unsold quotes
- Customer service
- Marketing the company through call ups and mail shots
- Database management
- Management of customer accounts
- Taking payments
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 1 years experience of working in a fast paced, sales environment – Preferred
- Previous experience of selling heating oil or similar products – Preferred
- IT literate – Essential
- Proven sales person with high conversion rate – Preferred
Personal Qualities:
- Ability to work under pressure – Essential
- Good communication skills – Essential
- Attention to detail – Preferred
