Job Title: Bodyshop Administrator
Location: Norton, Worcester
Terms: Full time 8am – 5pm. Alternative hours can be discussed equivalent to 41. 25 hours
(1x30min break, 1x15min break)
Salary/rate: £38,500
About the role:
We’re looking for a Bodyshop Administrator to join our fast-growing team at Hudson Kapel Fleet Solutions.
The Bodyshop Administrator will be responsible for providing admin support to the Production team working within the Bodyshop to ensure the needs of the business are met.
You will be someone that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, with a hands-on attitude, who is a team player, proactive and self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring vehicles undergoing repairs on site and in WIP to ensure we meet customers SLA’s
- Liaising with internal staff to ensure vehicles are processed accordingly
- Monitoring overage vehicles
- Processing authorised jobs
- Monitoring of QC fails
- Dealing with daily queries from production team
- Promote and uphold health and safety standards in the workplace including PPE
- Assisting managing VOR vehicles to meet KPI’s and daily tasks
- Oversee vehicle repair processes, liaising with line managers and co-workers
- Handle upgrades, downgrades, additional authorisation and parts with the on site Admin team
- Respond to emails and admin queries in a timely manner
- Any reporting requirements requested by Senior Managers
- Monitor and manage stock levels for paint supplies and materials
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven
- Flexibility to support other team members and adapt to business needs
- Reporting to Senior Production Manager
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Great excel knowledge and track record of reporting
- Able to meet targets and deadlines
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Comply with Health and Safety requirements and legislation
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all members of staff
- Self-motivated

Pay: £38,500.00 per year
