The Role
Working as part of our cleaning team and reporting to the Estates Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our school sites. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility, initiative and a commitment to doing the job well.
What We're Looking For
- A reliable and conscientious individual with a positive attitude
- Someone who takes pride in their work and maintains high standards
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- An understanding of Health & Safety and safe working practices
- A commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of children
Previous experience in a cleaning role is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
