Duties
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff to deliver outstanding guest services and maintain operational excellence
- Oversee daily club operations, including facility maintenance, safety protocols, and cleanliness standards
- Develop and implement programs and events that enhance member engagement and satisfaction
- Manage member relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience
- Monitor financial performance, control budgets, and optimize revenue opportunities while maintaining high service quality
- Coordinate staff schedules, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment
- Uphold health and safety regulations to ensure a secure environment for all members and staff
Skills
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent hospitality acumen with a passion for delivering exceptional guest services
- Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities with energy, organization, and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to engage with members, staff, and external partners confidently
- Knowledge of facility operations, safety standards, and program development is highly desirable
