Requirements for Early Years Apprentices:
- Genuine passion for early years and a desire to make a difference
- Customer service skills that make people feel happy and valued
- Strong team player mindset, as teamwork is at the heart of our values
- Confidence in working with electronic nursery management systems
- DBS certificate and a clean criminal record
- Ideally, proficiency in Maths & English (GCSE level)
- Some prior experience working with young children
