Specialist Exterior Cleaning & Roofing Technician (Part-Time / Flexible)
Pay: £120.00–£160.00 per day (depending on experience & job type)
Location: Leicestershire & Northamptonshire
Job Type: Part-time / Flexible (2–3 days per week) to progress to 5x a week
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced exterior specialist to support our growing workload across Leicestershire and Northamptonshire and surrounding towns.
This role is ideal for someone already working in roofing, roof cleaning, landscaping, property maintenance or exterior cleaning who is looking for additional, flexible work throughout the week.
We have consistent jobs ready to allocate and are looking for someone skilled, reliable, and confident working at height.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Roof cleaning and exterior property maintenance
- Gutter clearing and inspections (experience preferred)
- Working safely from ladders and at height
- Attending residential properties across Bedford
- Speaking professionally with customers on site
- Following health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in roofing, roof cleaning, landscaping, or exterior property work
- Confident working at height
- Own transport and full UK driving licence (required)
- Professional, reliable, and customer-friendly
- Gutter experience highly desirable
If you have strong gutter experience, there is opportunity to transition into a Gutter Technician role within our team, with consistent weekly work available.
