The Opportunity
Looking for a scenic backdrop for your next culinary gig? We are an acting agency representing a fantastic, high-quality beachside hotel in Bridport. They need an experienced, reliable Sous Chef to step into their kitchen and cover holiday leave for a busy two-week period.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love fresh, coastal vibes, this is the perfect short-term contract for you.
The Foo: Fresh & Coastal: This venue prides itself on a heavily fresh food menu, with a major focus on local seafood and fish. You’ll need a real passion for working with fresh, quality ingredients and a confident hand with seafood.

Week 1:
- Wed 22nd July: 09:00 – 22:00
- Thu 23rd July: 09:00 – 17:00
- Fri 24th July: 09:00 – 22:00
- Sat 25th July: 09:00 – 22:00
- Sun 26th July: 09:00 – 17:00
Week 2:
- Thu 30th July: 15:00 – Close
- Fri 31st July: 09:00 – 22:00
- Sat 1st Aug: 15:00 – Close
- Sun 2nd Aug: 09:00 – 17:00

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience at Sous Chef level.
- Strong skills handling and preparing fresh fish and seafood.
- Ability to hit the ground running in a busy, high-quality kitchen team.
- Valid right to work in the UK and food hygiene certificates.
