Duties
- Supervise clinical staff, administrative personnel, and support teams to ensure efficient clinic operations
- Oversee financial management tasks including budgeting, billing processes, and expense control
- Manage human resources functions such as recruitment, staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and training
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and clinic policies
- Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and medical record management with attention to detail
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency
- Handle vendor relationships, procurement of supplies, and maintenance of medical equipment
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a healthcare setting with strong leadership capabilities
- Solid management skills with the ability to oversee multiple departments simultaneously
- Expertise in financial management including budgeting, billing systems, and cost control strategies
- Knowledge of human resources practices such as hiring, training, performance management, and conflict resolution
- familiarity with medical procedures is highly desirable for understanding clinical workflows
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, patients, vendors, and regulatory bodies
