Key Responsibilities
Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of solution development—from discovery and requirements analysis through to design, costing, and handover into delivery.

Partner with technical SMEs, delivery teams, and business leaders to co‑create integrated, cross‑capability solutions.
Here's what you'll need
Experience leading solution design, bid development, project management, or strategy work within a complex or multi‑disciplinary environment.
Ability to translate business challenges into structured, value‑driven solutions.
Strong commercial awareness, including experience with costing, delivery models, and value assessment.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Proven ability to work across multiple teams, managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
