Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and take drink orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared in accordance with safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Manage cash register operations, handle payments efficiently, and issue receipts.
- Monitor stock levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests courteously and professionally.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- A friendly demeanour with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
