Door Supervisor (2 Positions Available)
Clearwater People is currently recruiting two experienced Door Supervisors to join our team at Mecca Bingo Luton. We are looking for reliable, professional, and customer-focused individuals who can perform their duties with accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence is essential for this role. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
Working Hours
Monday: 20:30 - 09:00 (12.5 hours)
Tuesday: 20:30 - 09:00 (12.5 hours)
Wednesday: 20:30 - 09:00 (12.5 hours)
Thursday: 20:30 - 09:00 (12.5 hours)
Friday: 18:00 - 09:00 (15 hours)
Saturday: 18:00 - 09:00 (15 hours)
Sunday: 18:00 - 09:00 (15 hours)
The successful candidates will work as a two-person team, with all shifts covered by both Door Supervisors to ensure effective site security and customer safety at all times
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and visitors.
- Monitor and control access to the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols and security checks as required.
- Respond professionally to incidents and emergencies.
- Enforce company policies and venue regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to customers where needed.
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Door Supervisor or in a similar security role.
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
- In-depth knowledge of legal regulations relating to security presence and conduct.
- Excellent understanding of public safety and security procedures and protocols.
- Strong communication and conflict-management skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
