Summary
We are seeking an Estimator to join our dynamic team at PIVOT365 Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for our signage safety projects, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service and quality to our clients. You will also be supporting the sales team with account management reports to help create further opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Review project specifications and drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Analyse labour, material, and overhead costs to provide accurate pricing.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to ensure estimates meet project requirements.
- Provide support for the sales team to maintain client relations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and present estimates to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Assist in the development of proposal documents as needed.
Requirements
- Experience as an estimator or similar role in the construction or signage industry is preferred.
- Proficient in Excel and Word is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously is mandatory.

Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
