Do you love talking to people, closing deals, and being part of a team that actually invests in you? We're growing our sales team in Leicester and looking for someone confident, driven, and genuinely good with people to join us.
You'll be managed by an experienced, hands-on manager who cares as much about developing you as hitting targets — and you'll be joining a company that promotes from within and means it.
About Us
CODE Students is an award-winning private student accommodation provider, developing, building, and managing self-contained studio blocks in Leicester and Coventry — with exciting plans to expand into new cities across the UK. We care about our customers as much as we care about our team.
About the Role
You'll be the face of CODE for prospective and current residents — meeting people in person, showing them around, and turning enquiries into bookings. It's a mix of sales, customer service, and administration in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing sales enquiries by phone, email, and face-to-face
- Conducting on-site and virtual viewings, converting leads into reservations
- Proactively following up enquiries to maximise conversion
- Supporting renewals, re-lets, and occupancy targets
- Upselling room types and promoting CODE's key selling points
- Processing tenancy applications, contracts, and payments accurately
- Handling resident enquiries alongside your sales activity
- Working closely with the site team to hit occupancy goals
Is This You?
- Experience in sales, lettings, or a customer-facing role (property, hospitality, retail, call centre, or similar)
- A confident communicator who can influence and close
- Target-driven, with strong follow-through
- Organised, with a sharp eye for detail
- Positive, resilient, and adaptable
- Right to work in the UK
