Overview
We are seeking reliable and dedicated Cleaning Operatives to join our team in the Bromsgrove area. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential cleaning services across various commercial premises. The ideal candidates will have previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning and possess a strong work ethic. All positions are paid, and training will be provided where necessary.
We have the following positions available;
Dodford Primary School, Monday-Friday(term time only), 16:30-18:30
Rigby Hall School, Monday-Friday(term time only), 15:30-18:30
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, retail outlets, and industrial sites
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with company policies
- Use specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
- Ensure all areas are kept tidy, organised, and free from hazards
- Restock supplies as needed and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Complete cleaning schedules within designated timeframes to meet client expectations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Reliable with a positive attitude towards work commitments
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures related to cleaning operations
