Join a rapidly scaling global company and work directly with content creators as part of our growing Content Concierge team. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Concierge Executive to build and manage relationships with creators, acting as their main point of contact and trusted problem-solver.
What you'll bring
You'll need strong organisational skills and close attention to detail, along with the ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities at once. You should be confident answering questions efficiently, meeting deadlines, and following up effectively to keep things moving. Just as important is the ability to spot potential issues early and take ownership of resolving them independently, seeing problems through to a full resolution.
Essential skills
- Confident across all major social media platforms
- Digitally savvy, with strong general tech fluency
- Clear, confident communication skills, written and verbal
- CRM experience
- A reliable, responsible work ethic and a strong sense of accountability
