Position Available: Casual Food and Beverage Assistant

We are looking for a highly professional and enthusiastic F&B assistant to join our F&B team at Double Tree by Hilton London – Kingston upon Thames.

Your duties will include:
· Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner;
· Ensure an efficient F&B experience for Guests
· Working breakfast, lunch and dinner; ensuring the shift is set for success
· Working mainly evening shifts and weekends ensuring the shift is set for success
· Maximising revenue through drink and food sales and upselling;
· Processing guest bills and payments, ensuring accuracy at all times;
· Cash handling
· Taking and delivering room service orders
· Adhere to licencing and food safety legislation and the company standards and procedures;
About you:
- Previous experience in a customer focused food and beverage role
- A confident, professional and welcoming personality
- Passionate about the hospitality industry and an eagerness to develop
- An attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Effective communicator with an ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Excellent grooming standards
- An ability to work under pressure and is resilient
