We are seeking a skilled Construction Administrator to join our team in coordinating and overseeing street works project activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of projects.

We will require you to attend the office in Southend Monday – Friday for an 8 hr Working Day however there is some flexibility on start and finish times.
Responsibilities
As a Construction Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Take detailed meeting minutes.
- Confirming job competition with clients and ensuring all photo are recorded.
- Preparing paperwork for yard and maintenance staff.
- Assisting with various project-based tasks as required.
- Support project managers in tracking project progress and deadlines
- Perform data entry tasks to update project databases.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Order materials and tools for projects
