Immediate start: We are seeking reliable and experienced Multi-Traders or small teams to support our company in voids across social housing properties in Orpingtom, Bromley, Penge and Croydon.
About the Role:
Successful candidates will be time-served in kitchen and bathroom installations, with additional skills in plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting, and vinyl flooring
Please note: You will be responsible for sourcing and supplying your own materials for all void price works.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete all assigned tasks safely and efficiently to a high standard
- Carry out a range of works including: Carpentry, Kitchen and bathroom fitting, Plastering, tiling, painting & decorating, and vinyl floor laying
- Diagnose and rectify faults in void properties
- Work from job specifications and deliver works within agreed timescales
- Ensure compliance with on-site health and safety policies
- Communicate progress and any issues to the supervisor
- Use your trade experience and judgement to make effective decisions on-site
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and legal responsibilities
Knowledge and Experience:
- Previous experience working in a social housing environment
- Proven ability across a range of trades
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in multi-trade repairs and maintenance
- Ability to source and manage materials independently
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Own tools and PPE
