Mobile Vending Operator – London/ South East Operations

The Role
We’re looking for a Mobile Vending Operator to join our London / South East operations team. In this role, you’ll maintain, restock, and service high end vending machines across the Midlands and North, ensuring they operate flawlessly and look their best for our clients.
This is a hands-on role with a mix of warehouse and field work. You’ll visit our Wembley hub daily to collect stock before heading out to service machines in the region.
You’ll report directly to the Lead Driver and play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
· Load and organise stock for delivery, and put away stock at the hub.
· Drive across the Midlands/North region and service machines efficiently.
· Use handheld systems to record stock levels and sales data.
· Refill and clean vending machines to company and client standards.
· Ensure machines are visually appealing and well-maintained.
· Manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
· Organise stock in the van to maximise storage and efficiency.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking motivated, customer focused individuals with:
· At least 3 years’ delivery/driving experience (essential).
· Strong IT skills for data entry and inventory management.
· Excellent time management and organisational skills.
· Ability to work independently and use initiative.
· Strong attention to detail and reliability.
· Exceptional customer service skills.
· A positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm.
· A full, clean UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 3 years).
Desirable (but not essential)
· Previous experience in vending operations (1 year+)
· Background in retail, catering, or customer service
