POST: Senior Trainer (Sheffield)
GRADE: Grade 5 £29,929.10 FTE - £14,964.55 Actual
LOCATION: Sheffield
HOURS: 17.5 hrs per week FTC March ‘27
Purpose of the Job
- To manage the Changing Future contract in Sheffield
- To offer effective and quality training that helps to raise awareness and support for those affected by substance/alcohol use and/or experiencing other multiple disadvantages.
- To maintain the Multiple Disadvantage Practitioner course as a CDP accredited course and its delivery obligations
Main Duties:
- Lead, support and develop the Sheffield Changing Futures team in line with our values.
- Manage capacity and workload to meet customer and client expectations and commitments.
- Represent Project 6 at relevant networks and work collaboratively in South Yorkshire to progress the aims of Project 6 through its training offer.
- Lead the development of the Changing Futures Team
- Explore and develop delivery partnerships with other providers.
- Produce regular accurate reports against the business plan and Changing Futures quarterly report.
- To deliver the Multiple Disadvantage Practitioner course and others as part of the Changing Futures contract.
