Lolfa Llandeilo is a coffee shop serving brunch and speciality coffee located on the outskirts of the town.
We are looking for a manager who oversee day to day running of the cafe. This role is ideally suited to an existing assistant manager looking to take the step up in a supportive environment or an experienced manager looking for a new challenge.
Some attributes that we are looking for;
- Ability to lead a team through their passion and commitment to customer service.
- Previous experience in a similar role of a busy cafe/restaurant.
- Barista trained and willingness to lead in-house training.
- Understanding and knowledge of current market trends.
- Financially aware.
- Savvy on content/socials
- The ability to speak Welsh and English would be advantageous.
Cafe hours 9am-4pm. Up to 30-40 hours per week. 4/5 day working week.
Salary based on experience.
Start date - Early March
