JOB TITLE: CNC Press Brake Operator
Rackline LTD are one of the UK’s leading designers and manufacturers of steel shelving, mobile storage and racking solutions. Established in 1984, we have been providing shelving and storage solutions for over 35 years.
We have a vacancies for a CNC Press Brake Operator. The openings would be on our standard day shift commencing at 7.00am.
The role attracts a competitive salary with the added opportunity for overtime. A full pension and medical support are offered as part of the employment package.
Previous experience would be ideal but full training and development will be available to the right candidates.
- Working within our busy press shop to manufacture class leading steel-based storage systems, producing both our standard range of products alongside bespoke one-off projects.
- We have a variety of equipment within the press section, ranging from fixed tooling on mechanical presses, including a power press, but mainly utilising the latest models Bystronic CNC forming presses.
- The section also boasts an almost new Trumpf punch centre with Radan programming. The operator should have the ability to read, and have an understanding of, dimensioned drawings to check produced parts to drawing.
- The operators will work under the guidance of the section supervisor, working to a weekly programme to produce the sheet metal components of our product range. Quality is integral to our production output and understanding of, and working to, controlled drawings would be beneficial.
- The other duties within the department also include guillotining, to cut blanks, and spot welding.

Experience:
- Metalworking Machine Operators: 1 year (preferred)
- Press Brake Operator: 2 years (preferred)
