- Provide professional advice on hair care, styling options, and maintenance routines
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation in accordance with health and safety standards
- Build strong relationships with clients through attentive service and personalised consultations
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in barbering and hairstyling
- Manage appointment bookings efficiently whilst ensuring punctuality and customer satisfaction
- Uphold the organisation’s standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in hair styling, barbering, or related roles with relevant qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong communication skills in English to understand client needs and explain styling options clearly
- Creative flair combined with attention to detail for precise cuts and finishes
