We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Barista to join the HAVN team.
We want someone who genuinely loves coffee, takes pride in their craft and understands what it takes to deliver consistently excellent drinks in a busy café environment.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 2 years’ barista experience — essential Strong knowledge of espresso and milk preparation Confident using a professional espresso machine Excellent latte art and attention to detail Experience with specialty coffee preferred Fast, organised and calm during busy service Friendly and confident with customers High standards of cleanliness and presentation Reliable, professional and a great team player
YOUR ROLE:
Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks Produce excellent milk texture and latte art Prepare iced coffee, matcha and HAVN signature drinks Deliver warm, professional customer service Maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness Work efficiently during busy periods Help maintain coffee and stock standards
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
