Overview
We are seeking a professional PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle) Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the vehicle in optimal condition. Responsibilities
- Safely operate passenger vehicles, including buses and coaches, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Transport passengers efficiently and punctually to designated destinations while providing excellent customer service.
- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle before and after shifts to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, tyre pressure, and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents or maintenance requirements.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including COVID-19 protective measures where applicable.
Qualifications
- Valid <PERSON> driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or commercial driver, preferably with passenger vehicle experience.
- Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to operate vehicles safely over long distances and in various weather conditions.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules efficiently.

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
