B&B Hotels Birmingham is looking for dedicated professionals to join our friendly and well regarded Front of House team as Guest Service Agent Night Receptionist. Our hotel provides a fun and relaxed space with service that is welcoming and personal.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills and enjoy working with a busy and passionate staff, across all the front of house aspect of the business. You will be well presented, eager to exceed customer expectations and be able to deliver a warm and welcoming approach.
You will ideally have experience within a similar role or have worked in customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel
- Dealing with guest enquiries
- Taking payments
- Liaising with the appropriate departments to maintain a high quality service for our customers
- Knowledge of OPERA
- Serving food and drinks to our guests
- Prepare and deliver the brand's limited food offering with consistency, quality and pace.
- Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene and allergen standards while keeping service areas clean and organised.
