Regenerus Labs is shaping the future of personalised healthcare.
We’re an all-in-one platform and trusted practitioner community, helping healthcare professionals deliver faster, more accurate and evidence-based care. With a portfolio of more than 150 tests, we provide diagnostic lab testing, digital tools, education and clinical support to healthcare practitioners across the UK.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Doctors Partnership Manager to lead the development of our UK doctor market.
This is more than an account management role. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape our approach to this market – by building relationships with private GPs, consultants, specialist clinics, hospitals, and other medical professionals, and by increasing awareness and adoption of our diagnostic testing portfolio.
If you’re a strong relationship-builder who understands healthcare sales and enjoys creating new commercial opportunities, this is a chance to make a real impact in a growing health-tech business.
You’ll take a strategic and hands-on approach to developing the doctor market, combining new business development with long-term partnership and account management.
You’ll:
Develop and deliver our sales approach for the medical professional market.
Identify and win new business with private doctors, GP practices, consultants, specialist clinics, private hospitals and healthcare organisations.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with medical professionals and key accounts.
Develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and product utilisation.
Generate new opportunities through networking, referrals, conferences and targeted prospecting.
Deliver engaging product presentations, demonstrations and educational meetings.
Manage complex sales cycles and negotiate commercial agreements where appropriate.
Own and develop your sales pipeline, accurately forecasting opportunities and revenue.
Represent Regenerus at conferences, exhibitions and educational events.
Develop relationships with key opinion leaders and influential practitioners.
Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Clinical Education and Customer Services to deliver an excellent practitioner experience.
Bring market insight back into the business to help us understand emerging opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activity.
You’ll already have a strong track record in healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory or medical sales, together with evidence that you can develop relationships and turn them into sustainable commercial growth.
You’ll be comfortable engaging credibly with doctors and other healthcare professionals and able to take a consultative approach – understanding what matters to a customer rather than simply selling a product.
You’ll bring:
Proven experience in healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory or medical sales.
A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and high-value accounts.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capability.
Confidence presenting to and influencing professional audiences.
Experience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM systems.
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across a wider team.
Experience selling directly to GPs, consultants or private healthcare providers would be particularly valuable, as would knowledge of diagnostics, laboratory testing or functional medicine.
This is a hybrid role, and we’re open to candidates based in either the South East of England or Edinburgh.
Our wider sales team is based in Redhill, Surrey, so the South East may be particularly convenient for team collaboration and the travel involved in the role. However, we’re equally keen to hear from strong Edinburgh-based candidates. The role involves UK travel to meet customers and attend industry events, so you’ll need to be comfortable travelling regularly.
This is an exciting point to join Regenerus as we continue to grow our presence in personalised healthcare and diagnostics.
You won’t simply be managing an established portfolio. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how we develop the doctor market, build strategically important relationships and create commercial opportunities that contribute directly to our next stage of growth.
For someone who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on business development – and who gets a genuine buzz from opening doors, building credibility and turning relationships into long-term partnerships – there’s plenty here to get your teeth into.
Interested? We’d love to hear from you.
