We are seeking a QUALIFIED Pharmacy Counter (Healthcare) Assistant who is motivated, enthusiastic and flexible to work in our pharmacy.
We are looking for a hire as follows:
Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
Please note the hourly rate will apply to those who qualified and meet National Living Wage Requirements. Salary will be dependent on experience.
Pharmacy Assistants core duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Driving sales. This is a key feature of the job whereby candidates need to be motivated to upsell, link sell and enjoy a challenge
- Promotion and sharing of Pharmacy NHS and Private services
- Enjoy helping customers across the medicine counter
- Participating in the Healthy Living promotion and pharmacy services so our clients get the best experience
- As the first point of contact for clients, except prescriptions at reception and direct to the dispensary to process
- Organise product displays and arrange all ordering and stock for the shop floor
- Maintaining shop cleanliness, date checking
Sales driven, promptness, patience, trust and excellent communication and listening skills are all valuable attributes.
If you are a qualified dispenser you are welcome to apply for this role, however your role will be on the counter primarily. If you already trained on the pharmacy counter please apply within. We are pleased to offer dispensary training after a committed period of service
Pay: £12.90 per hour
