We are representing an exciting opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to join a main dealership in the Cribbs Causeway area, as a NEW CAR SALES MANAGER.
This is a key leadership role within an aspirational department, where you will be responsible for driving new car sales, developing your team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with a progressive, design-led brand known for innovation and driver-focused vehicles.
Existing automotive Sales Managers, alongside exceptional Business / Transaction Managers seeking progression are encouraged to apply.
The Role
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets
- Drive customer satisfaction by embedding best practices and acting on feedback
- Plan and deliver engaging sales campaigns and events to maximise performance
- Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to shape effective sales strategies
- Work cross-functionally to ensure accurate customer data and seamless processes
About You
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role within a franchised car dealership
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Commercially astute, with the ability to analyse data and drive strategic action
- Excellent understanding of local market dynamics and customer expectations
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Agile, proactive, and able to respond effectively to changing business needs
