Job Title: Marketing Manager

Position Summary: Responsible for directly leading, building and executing the UK marketing function to drive brand promotion, franchisee growth and lead acquisition across the UK network.
Working Location: Hybrid Remote (Stafford Head Office)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (dependant upon experience)

In the UK, FASTSIGNS operates a rapidly growing network of 23 nationwide franchise locations, supported by a dedicated UK Head Office team based in Stafford. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the UK Marketing Department in close collaboration with the UK Managing Director and field-based Business Consultants, to meet organisational marketing goals.
- Partner with Business Consultants to develop and implement tailored franchise marketing plans to promote their business.
- Support individual franchisees in the design, development, and execution of localised marketing campaigns.
- Drive customer lead acquisition through performance marketing channels, including PPC and Paid Social.
- Have an awareness of the latest AI modules and how they impact search and performance.
- Write content and produce visuals to build email campaigns to be sent out on behalf of the franchise network and for UK franchise development.
- Oversee brand social media strategy and content creation, across all relevant social media platforms.
- Effectively manage the external agency who manage PPC campaigns, press releases and any additional marketing activities.
- Plan and execute all marketing initiatives for the UK franchise development, including managing the external marketing agency performance.
- Oversee the ongoing development and maintenance of the FASTSIGNS UK website.
- Work closely with the US marketing team to keep the UK brand current and at the forefront of market developments.
- Review and adapt US creative assets (anglicising copy and visual design) to ensure market suitability for UK franchises and customers.
- Collaborate with UK creative agencies to write and produce adverts, advertorials, and external marketing publications.
- Organise and manage UK-specific visual assets, including photo shoots and video production.
- Build and manage the annual marketing budget for UK franchise development.
- Manage the Central Marketing Fund, sourced from a 2% annual contribution on UK-wide sales. Collaborate with the UK Central Marketing Board (comprising franchisees and FASTSIGNS staff) to allocate and invest the fund strategically to maximise brand exposure and revenue per pound spent.
- Contribute to regular franchisee meetings by introducing new marketing initiatives and reporting on network-wide performance metrics.
- Support the organisation and delivery of annual UK Franchise national events.
- Carry out additional ad-hoc projects and marketing duties as assigned by leadership.

Meticulous Attention to Detail: Whether adapting US assets for the UK market, reviewing external publications, or analysing campaign metrics, you ensure accuracy and high quality in every output.
Exceptional Communicator: You have strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build collaborative relationships with franchisees, present initiatives confidently at board meetings, and manage agency performance effectively.
