Thurlow Nunn Corby is looking for a Parts Focused Aftersales Advisor to join our busy and friendly team.
This role is predominantly focused on the Parts Department, with additional responsibility for covering the Service Reception during busy periods throughout the day and holiday cover. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone with parts experience who enjoys variety and being part of a customer-focused aftersales team.
The Role

Managing the day-to-day running of the Parts Department

Supplying parts to the workshop efficiently and accurately

Ordering, receiving and managing stock

Liaising with technicians and service advisors to ensure smooth workflow

Supporting the Service Reception during peak times

Providing holiday and absence cover within the aftersales team

Delivering excellent customer service at all times
About You
-
Previous experience in a motor trade parts or aftersales role is preferred

Well organised with strong attention to detail

Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner

Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment

A team player with a flexible approach to duties

Good IT skills and familiarity with dealer management systems (desirable but not essential)
