Ernest Air Cooling Ltd is an established, family-feel Sussex air conditioning business (trading since 2005) looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Installer to join our team.
This role is focused on high-quality residential air conditioning installations, primarily split systems and multi-split systems, along with ongoing service and maintenance work, across Brighton, Hove, Worthing, Shoreham and the surrounding areas.
We take pride in working to a high standard, with neat pipework, clean finishes and a professional approach when working in customers' homes.

The role
You will be carrying out residential air conditioning installations and service work to a high standard, mainly:
- Single split systems
- Multi-split systems
- Wall-mounted indoor units
- Occasional ducted or floor-mounted residential systems
- Outdoor condensers
- Neat pipework, trunking and drainage
- Commissioning and customer handover
- Routine servicing, maintenance and callouts on existing systems
All work is focused on residential homes.

Requirements
Applicants must have:
- F-Gas certification
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience installing and servicing split and multi-split air conditioning systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Good pipework, trunking and finishing standards
- A tidy, professional approach when working in customers' homes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ideally live in or near Shoreham-by-Sea
