Kings Hotel Newmarket is seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor to join our team. This hands-on role involves overseeing restaurant, bar, and event operations while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising the daily Food & Beverage operation
- Running shifts and ensuring smooth service across the restaurant, bar, and functions
- Supervising bar operations and maintaining high service standards
- Preparing and serving a range of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits
- Supporting and training team members to deliver excellent service
- Delivering outstanding customer service and guest experiences
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Assisting with functions, and special events
- Monitoring stock levels and maintaining operational standards
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Supporting management with opening and closing procedures
About You
- Strong bar experience, including cocktail making and drink preparation
- Experience working in restaurants, bars, hotels, or event venues
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
