Branches Specialist Childcare is a new specialist childcare provider supporting children and young people aged 5–18 with disabilities. We are building a high-quality, structured and nurturing provision where children feel safe, valued and able to thrive.
As we grow, we are looking for caring, enthusiastic and reliable Disability Playworkers (Level 1 & Level 2) to join our founding team and help shape something meaningful from the very beginning.
The Role
As a Disability Playworker, you will support children within structured activities and play opportunities, promoting independence, communication and positive social experiences. You will work closely within a team to deliver safe, engaging sessions while maintaining high standards of safeguarding, behaviour support and health and safety.
We’re Looking For
We are seeking individuals who are:
- Experienced in or interested in working with children or young people with disabilities
- Calm, patient and positive in their approach
- Confident in maintaining professional boundaries
- Committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice
Experience supporting children with disabilities or additional needs is highly desirable.
All roles are subject to an Enhanced DBS check, safer recruitment procedures and full induction and safeguarding training.
