Job Summary
We are looking for experienced bar staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in hospitality and bar / restaurant service, demonstrating a passion for guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Experience is ESSENTIAL for applicants.
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant’s ordering system.
- Prepare and serve drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain knowledge of drinks items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is ESSENTIAL.
- Evening and weekend shifts will be required.
- Familiarity with food & drink safety standards and practices is essential.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Excellent guest service skills with an ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
