Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient service throughout their visit
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists to optimize guest flow
- Take accurate orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards are maintained
- Handle customer enquiries via phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining areas
- Support delivery drivers by coordinating pickups and ensuring timely service delivery when required
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or related food industry roles
- Knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety protocol
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with barista techniques
