What You’ll Be Selling
You’ll represent a specialist heritage joinery service to a discerning domestic and commercial client base. Your role includes:
- Conducting technical surveys for sash window restoration, repair and bespoke joinery.
- Advising clients with confidence, clarity and professionalism.
- Closing sales ethically and effectively.
- Liaising with management to ensure smooth workflow and accurate project delivery.
- Maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
What You Need to BringExperience
- Proven B2C closing experience within home improvements — essential.
- Strong understanding of traditional joinery and conservation‑minded restoration.
- Hands‑on knowledge of:
- Rot repair, splicing, glazing
- Repair Care Resin systems
- Installing double glazing into existing sash windows
Qualities
- Confident communicator who can build rapport with clients from all backgrounds.
- Detail‑driven, organised and self‑motivated.
- Positive, punctual, reliable and committed.
- Able to work independently while staying connected to the wider team.
Requirements
- CSCS card advantageous.
- Two references required prior to interview.
- 4‑week trial period leading to full‑time engagement.
