Deputy Manager – Children's Residential Care
Aaura is a specialist staffing provider within children's residential services, committed to creating safe, nurturing and therapeutic homes where young people can thrive. We provide high-quality support that promotes stability, wellbeing and positive outcomes for the young people we support.
Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to protecting our young people by creating environments where they feel safe, valued and supported. All positions are subject to a robust safer recruitment process, including enhanced DBS checks, reference verification, scrutiny of employment history and thorough interviews designed to identify any gaps or inconsistencies in employment records.
At Aaura, we believe that exceptional outcomes for young people are achieved through exceptional leadership. We invest heavily in the development of our teams and provide comprehensive training, regular supervision and ongoing professional development opportunities. Our homes operate using a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach, ensuring that young people receive consistent, nurturing and high-quality support.
We provide support for young people aged 7 to 17 who may have experienced trauma, adversity and disruption in their lives. As a result, some young people may present behaviours that require patience, resilience, strong leadership and a therapeutic approach.
