Overview
We are a well established kitchen cabinet manufacturer known for quality, excellent service, and strong relationships with trade customers. As our business grows, we are looking for a confident and organised Customer Service/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Provide clear information on cabinet ranges, materials, pricing and lead times.
- Book customer orders onto internal systems with complete accuracy.
- Call customers 48 hours prior to delivery to obtain payment (if required) check delivery address and access.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate if necessary.
- Support the sales team with product information, brochures, and pricing updates.
Skills & Experience
Experience in customer service and administration (KBB industry knowledge is preferable). Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with trade professionals.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, production driven environment.

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
